Every year thousands of Hedgehogs across the UK are seriously injured or killed by Strimmers. Take time to check for Hedgehogs and take your time.

If you find Hoglets you believe are lost from mum or disturb a nest please contact us for advice as soon as possible. Do not try to feed Hoglets unless the rescue has advised you to do so. Inappropriate food can seriously harm an unweaned hoglet.

Hedgehogs caught in netting or plastic litter can have serious injuries which may not become apparent for a few days. Contact us to discuss BEFORE releasing them back to the wild even if they look fit and well.

Hedgehogs found 'Out In Day' have serious problems. Please do not delay in getting in contact for help and support.

Simple quality own brand supermarket meaty cat or dog food (wet or dry) is all that is needed to feed a Hedgehog.

Please put all poorly or injured Hedgehogs or those found 'Out In Day' into an Emergency Hedgehog Box and contact us for help and advice.
